Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal Ventures into Health Tech with New Startup “Continue”

Deepinder Goyal, co-founder and CEO of Zomato, has launched a new startup named “Continue,” focusing on health tracking and mental wellness. According to Moneycontrol, the venture aims to establish itself as “The Ultimate Health Tracker.” Although still in stealth mode, the startup hints at providing tools for nutrition tracking, sleep monitoring, and preventive healthcare.

The startup was incorporated in April 2023 under the name Upslope Advisors Pvt Ltd, with filings listing Goyal as the Director. Two Zomato employees, Akriti Mehta and Simrandeep Singh, have also been named as Additional Directors. Despite the early stage and limited public details, “Continue” is anticipated to introduce comprehensive features to support overall well-being.

Goyal’s involvement in health tech isn’t new; he is also an investor in Ultrahuman, a wearable tech firm that monitors health metrics like sleep and heart rate. Zomato has clarified that “Continue” is a personal initiative of Goyal and operates independently of his role at the food delivery giant.
