With over 20 years of experience in forensic accounting, regulatory investigations, and white-collar crime defense, Vishal will focus on antitrust strategies, fraud prevention, and white-collar defense. Based in Bengaluru, his leadership is set to enhance the firm’s forensic and regulatory capabilities with innovative client solutions.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Vishal was Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, heading its Disputes and Investigations practice in India. He has also held senior positions at PwC and KPMG India, where he specialized in regulatory advisory, dispute resolution, and business development. Vishal is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds qualifications from the University of Mumbai, making him a trusted authority in financial and regulatory advisory.
