Kanwar, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in media and marketing, has held significant roles at top companies such as Star, Viacom, and Disney. He is credited with creating iconic content properties like MTV Roadies and Channel [V] Get Gorgeous. As Veefin’s CBMO, Kanwar will focus on amplifying the company’s brand, crafting compelling narratives, and driving its expansion into international markets. His recent entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Flarepath, a digital marketing agency, and consulting for BFSI clients.
Karnik brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, having previously served as Chief People Officer at prominent fintech firms, as well as senior roles at Tata Capital and Magma Fincorp. His expertise lies in building high-engagement workplaces and implementing performance frameworks. As CHRO, Karnik will focus on developing a high-performing workforce and implementing innovative HR strategies to support Veefin’s growth.
