Pratik Dalal has been named the new Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for the offline segment of Unacademy, known as Unacademy Centres, by the Bengaluru-headquartered edtech giant.
The appointment was announced by Gaurav Munjal, co-founder and CEO of Unacademy, through an internal communication. Munjal highlighted that Dalal’s wide-ranging expertise in corporate banking, fintech, and the consumer internet sector, coupled with his proven track record in driving financial success, will be crucial as Unacademy strives for continued growth and profitability.
Before his latest role at Unacademy, Dalal served as the head of finance at CRED, a fintech company led by Kunal Shah. His professional background also includes significant experiences at Flipkart and Ola Cabs, founded by Bhavish Agarwal.
