His career spans prominent roles at ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, and Reliance Communications, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in IT strategy and digital transformation.
Mr. Asthana is renowned for his ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technology projects, including significant technology changes and cloud migrations. His proficiency encompasses IT governance and process excellence, cybersecurity and business continuity, cloud and digital transformations, enterprise architecture, and vendor engagement and budgeting.
Mr. Asthana holds an engineering degree and an Executive MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, along with a Management Development Program (MDP) from the Indian School of Business. His educational background, combined with his professional achievements, positions him as a trusted advisor for technological advancement and organizational growth within the Shriram Wealth Group.
