Shekar Khosla has joined Google India as its VP – Marketing. Khosla possesses a wealth of experience, having formerly held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Kellogg, overseeing digital transformation, revenue growth management, sales, and marketing. He dedicated nearly nine years of his career to Kellogg.
Welcoming him to his new role, Simon Kahn, vice president-marketing for Asia Pacific, Google, wrote on LinkedIn, “Delighted to welcome Shekar Khosla to Google to lead our marketing efforts in India, as VP, Marketing. Shekar brings a wealth of experience in developing purpose-driven brands across both emerging and developed markets of Asia pacific, Middle East and Africa. Joining us from Kellogg, Shekar has a proven track record of delivering spectacular results with experience in Sales and Marketing holding senior leadership positions including at Unilever. Khosla has also worked at Unilever for over 20 years in different capacities. He joined as a management trainee in 1994 and climbed up the ranks to exit as vice president- of the skin care business, in South East and North East Asia, Australia in 2014.
