In this role, Sharad will spearhead GoKwik’s custom checkout vertical, focused on optimizing the checkout and payment experience for numerous eCommerce platforms in India. His goal is to simplify digital shopping while supporting the growth of eCommerce brands in a rapidly evolving market. Sharad’s seasoned expertise in building impactful products aligns seamlessly with GoKwik’s commitment to delivering secure, smooth, and frictionless shopping experiences.
Prior to joining GoKwik, Sharad held influential positions at Swiggy, Dineout, and Paytm. At Swiggy, he forged a successful partnership with IRCTC to expand food delivery services for train travelers. At Dineout, he focused on customer loyalty initiatives and product innovation, while at Paytm, he bolstered the customer support infrastructure. This extensive experience with leading brands will greatly benefit GoKwik as Sharad leads its efforts to advance India’s digital commerce ecosystem.
