American Express has named Sandeep Deoli as the new Director of Cybersecurity, Technology, and Resiliency Risk. Sandeep brings a wealth of experience in technology risk and cybersecurity, having held prominent roles in several leading companies.
Prior to joining American Express, he spent three years at Fidelity International as the Technology Risk Oversight – Cyber and Information Security Lead, where he played a key role in fortifying the company’s digital infrastructure. His career also includes significant stints at Moody’s Analytics as Associate Director of Technology Risk and Moody’s Corporation as Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity.
Sandeep’s expertise was further honed through positions at Ernst & Young, where he served as Manager of Cybersecurity & Risk, and at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant. His extensive background is complemented by professional certifications in information security and risk management, including CISSP, CISM, and CISA, making him a valuable addition to American Express in his new leadership role.
