During his tenure at IDFC FIRST Bank for the past eight years, Kamble showcased proficiency in regulatory risk and compliance management, technology risk management, and security strategy development. His leadership roles included overseeing IT security audits, security solution design, and business analysis, demonstrating his seasoned professionalism in the field.
Kamble’s strategic acumen extends to data security, where he successfully led Data Classification and Security programs, ensuring robust protection for sensitive information. His skill in managing large teams and fostering collaboration aligns with RBL Bank’s commitment to upholding cybersecurity standards.
Before joining IDFC FIRST Bank, Kamble held positions in technical sales at leading security software organizations like Symantec and McAfee. His contributions in securing significant deals for the Indian market and effectively managing channel partners highlight his ability to drive business growth while prioritizing security.
