Exide Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Rajeev Khandelwal as Senior President and Head of Trade Business. With over 30 years of distinguished leadership experience in P&L management, brand development, and business expansion, Rajeev’s appointment signals Exide’s commitment to strengthening its trade business operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Rajeev has held national and international leadership roles across India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Africa, working with renowned organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Gillette India Pvt. Ltd, Reckitt, and the RPSG (FMCG) – Guiltfree Industries Limited. Most recently, as President of Strategy and Business Expansion at RPSG Group, he played a pivotal role in driving the long-term growth of their FMCG business.
An engineering graduate from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur, and an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Rajeev brings a combination of technical acumen and strategic expertise.
In his new role at Exide, Rajeev’s leadership is expected to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiencies, and elevate the company’s trade business to new heights.
