Sharma, a seasoned IT leader with over 32 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Migsun. His career is distinguished by a series of award-winning business transformation projects across diverse industries, including real estate, construction, education, SEZ, ports, and EPC. Known for his visionary approach and strategic acumen, Sharma has consistently delivered results that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Starting his career as a software developer, Sharma’s journey to becoming a CIO is a testament to his dedication and hard work. He is recognized for his ability to align ICT strategies with business objectives, manage large-scale IT projects, and lead high-performing teams. His core areas of expertise include digital innovation, IT infrastructure management, compliance, security, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, stakeholder management, and change management.
In his most recent role as CTO & Consultant at Vianaar Homes Private Limited, Sharma was instrumental in shaping IT roadmaps, overseeing project management, and driving digital transformation. His previous role as Consultant – IT at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) saw him spearheading key digital initiatives, including the implementation of the Self Service Portal (SSP) with TCS-iON, and leading the digital evaluation of CA students’ answer sheets. Sharma also played a crucial role in upgrading ITT Centers and the data center.
Sharma is an active member of several prestigious CIO organizations, including the CIO Klub, CIOs of India, Dell EMC CIO Club, and Elite CIO Club. His reputation for focus, intelligence, and creativity has earned him recognition and respect within the IT community.
