Before joining Crocs, Parag was the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy Planning & Execution at adidas, where he led the successful launch of digital operations across 15 countries, including India and Southeast Asia. His adeptness in omnichannel strategies, including initiatives like Ship from Store and Click & Collect, significantly enhanced customer engagement and drove sales growth.
Parag’s career also includes a tenure as the Marketing Manager at H&M India, where he spearheaded marketing and e-commerce efforts during a period of rapid expansion, overseeing operations across 50 stores nationwide. Prior experiences at Titan Company Limited and HDIL further refined his skills in marketing and commerce, equipping him with a well-rounded perspective on market dynamics.
