Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Sarawgi spent nearly 17 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he held various leadership positions, including Managing Director and Senior Partner. During his tenure at BCG, he was instrumental in shaping strategies for the technology, media, and telecom sectors, leading digital transformation efforts, and spearheading significant business growth initiatives.
Before his time at BCG, Sarawgi served as Engagement Director at Everest Group, overseeing strategy and transformation projects for global enterprises. He also held key roles at A.T. Kearney, focusing on business growth, digital innovation, and market expansion strategies.
Sarawgi’s academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Management (PGDCM) with specializations in Strategy, Finance, and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
