His eight-year tenure at Hero MotoCorp saw him in various capacities, including spearheading digital transformation projects across R&D, manufacturing, and enterprise applications. Notably, he received multiple accolades for his contributions, including a Hero Achiever Award for saving costs and pioneering digital manufacturing projects recognized at the national level.
Earlier in his career, Dhingra held pivotal roles at Tata Technologies, Dassault Systèmes, and Applus+ IDIADA, focusing on digital services, client support, and engineering design projects. With a background in engineering and deep expertise in PLM/CAD systems, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to align technology with business objectives.
