Prior to this, Nitesh held senior HR roles at Unilever, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, and Fossil India. At Unilever, he managed HR across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on talent acquisition and employee relations to support business growth. At Crompton Greaves, he aligned HR practices with business needs across plants, and at Fossil India, he implemented key strategies for performance management and employee development. Holding an MBA in HR from Kurukshetra University, Nitesh is known for his interpersonal skills and dedication to fostering positive work environments.
