Having prolific experience across the e-commerce, online travel, and online gaming sectors, Naveen has played key roles in large matrix organizations across the globe, including Europe, the Americas, and Asia. With more than 20 years of expertise in leadership and entrepreneurship, he has been instrumental in founding four successful online ventures.
Naveen is the founder of ThrustWise and ShuruKul, where he has focused on product development, strategy execution, and growth turnaround. He previously served as the CEO of Adda52 Rummy, leading the business to rapid growth and preparing it for an IPO. His experience also includes key roles as CEO of Khel Group, where he launched popular platforms such as PokerStars India and KhelChamps, and CEO of Cedars Group, building agent networks and profitable ventures across Asia and Latin America.
