Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care, a prominent entity under P&G India that includes brands like Vicks and Whisper, has announced the appointment of Mrinalini Srinivasan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 29, 2024.
Mrinalini brings extensive and diverse experience in various finance roles, accumulated over a 16-year career. Joining P&G in 2008 in India, she has worked across three geographies—Singapore, India, and Dubai—leading transformational projects and achieving remarkable results for several key P&G businesses. An alumnus of FMS Delhi, Mrinalini currently heads corporate finance and serves as the Executive Sponsor of Gender Equality for the P&G India group. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India.

Mrinalini succeeds Prashant Bhatnagar, who will be leaving the company after approximately 28 years of dedicated service.
