Mondelez International has named Stephanie Lilak as the new Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, effective January 15.
In this role, Lilak will oversee the company’s global human resources function, covering areas such as talent management, leadership and capability development, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The announcement stated that she will report directly to Dirk Van de Put, Chairman and CEO of Mondelez International. Before joining Mondelez International, Lilak had a tenure at Bumble Inc. and built a 23-year career at General Mills, holding various human resources leadership roles in Sales, Operations, and International capacities.
