Mashreq, a leading financial institution in the MENA region, has appointed Tushar Vikram as the new Country Head and CEO of its India operations, effective June 2024.
Tushar Vikram, a seasoned business banker with nearly 30 years of experience, will be at the helm of Mashreq’s strategic direction and growth in India. His extensive career includes 27 years at Citibank, where he held various roles across Commercial Banking, Investment and Structured Finance, Digitization, Credit Processes, and Risk Management.
With a strong background in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic financial management, Tushar is well-equipped to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive sustainable growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
