Kong Inc., a company specializing in cloud API technologies, has appointed Gunjan Aggarwal as its Chief People Officer. In her new role, Gunjan will spearhead Kong’s global people strategy, focusing on expanding the Human Resources organization and attracting top talent to support the company’s ongoing growth.
Gunjan joins Kong from Confluent, where she held the position of Chief People Officer, bringing with her extensive experience from prior roles at RingCentral and RELX Group.

Gunjan Aggarwal holds a BS in Electronics & Communications from Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also earned an MBA in HR from XLRI in Jamshedpur, where she was a valedictorian for two consecutive years and received the Citibank Leadership Award. Additionally, Gunjan has completed several HR management courses at Harvard University.
