Bringing over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, Dubal has a strong background in managing and implementing advanced technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining The Oberoi Group, he served as Head of Information Technology at Dabur India Limited, where he played a key role in IT transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Dubal has successfully led projects involving SAP Concur, RPA & BOTS integration, and airport baggage handling systems.
A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and Scrum Master, Dubal is committed to leveraging technology for innovation and business excellence. In his new role, he aims to strengthen IT infrastructure and digital capabilities at The Oberoi Group, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
