Gautham CB has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at SPARSH Hospital’s new flagship facility in Hennur, Bengaluru. He will drive operational strategies to enhance patient care and efficiency. With over 25 years in healthcare leadership, Gautham previously served as COO of HCG Aastha Cancer Centre in Ahmedabad, where he oversaw the hospital’s relocation, process optimization, and patient satisfaction initiatives. His career includes notable roles at Motherhood, managing operations in North and West India, and Fortis Healthcare, focusing on marketing and operations. Gautham’s education at IIM Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Calcutta adds depth to his strategic expertise.
Outside work, Gautham is a dedicated long-distance runner and among 120 Indians to complete all six World Marathon Majors. He has raised over ₹50 lakhs for charity through running events, earning the title of highest fundraiser at Bengaluru’s TCS World 10K twice in a row. At SPARSH, Gautham is committed to setting new benchmarks in operational excellence and patient care.
