Essar Power has announced the selection of Ankur Kumar as the Chief Executive Officer for its renewables division. Ankur Kumar brings more than twenty years of experience in the Renewable Energy and Public Infrastructure sectors to his new role. Previously, he served as the CEO of ACME Solar Holdings, overseeing the company’s expansion into the green hydrogen and ammonia sectors and broadening their geographical reach. He has also held positions at TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis.
In his capacity at Essar Power, Ankur will collaborate closely with the board and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s renewable energy portfolio and attract top talents to propel Essar Power’s green energy initiatives forward.
