With close to three decades of experience in the IT domain, Dr. Pradhan has led large-scale digital projects and enterprise system implementations across sectors. He brings deep expertise in SAP, business process automation, and digital innovation. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role as Century Plyboards strengthens its digital backbone to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
Before joining Century Plyboards, Dr. Pradhan held senior leadership positions, including his previous role as CIO at Exide Industries, where he oversaw key technology transformations. He holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and has consistently combined academic excellence with practical business impact.
