Devika Dayal has transitioned from her role at The Quint to join Zee News as the new Revenue Head for Digital. Prior to this change, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at The Quint for over seven years.
With a career that spans nearly 26 years in media revenue management, Dayal is well-versed in the intricacies of digital sales. Interestingly, her professional journey began at Zee Network in 1998, where she first honed her skills from August 1998 until April 2002.
Following her initial stint at Zee, Dayal enhanced her expertise at Discovery Inc, where she worked for over three years from May 2002 until November 2005. She then moved to CNN News 18, serving as a VP from December 2005 to September 2010. Dayal’s tenure at Network18 saw her rise to the positions of Revenue Head and Senior VP for History18. Additionally, she briefly worked at News X and ITV Network for just over a year.
Recognized for her significant contributions to media planning, advertising, and marketing, Dayal has now returned to Zee News, reporting directly to Mona Jain, the Chief Revenue Officer of Zee News and ZMCL.
