Users in India, Japan, Canada, Australia, and other countries are reporting issues. Many have taken to social media platforms like X and Reddit to report encountering the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).
The outage is global, with users from around the world joining the discussion. A user named BradW-CS posted, “We have widespread reports of BSODs on Windows hosts, occurring on multiple sensor versions.
This post has been echoed by users from Australia, India, the Czech Republic, and more. The issue stems from a technical error in CrowdStrike’s main product, Falcon, which is crucial for securing Windows systems. As a result, users worldwide are affected.
CrowdStrike has acknowledged the error, stating, “Our engineers are actively working to resolve this issue, and there is no need to open a support ticket.” They also promised to update users once the issue is resolved.
