Arjun Sethi has been appointed as the Chief Growth Officer for Strategic Segments at HCLTech. Based in New York, Sethi will drive growth in key areas, including government and global private equity, leveraging HCLTech’s engineering-led technology portfolio, digital services, and GenAI solutions to seize new opportunities in these high-growth markets. With more than two decades of experience in digital transformation, his appointment represents a strategic move by HCLTech to deepen its presence in critical markets, utilizing Sethi’s expertise in strategy execution and digital business transformation.
Sethi joins HCLTech following a successful career at Kearney, where he served as Senior Partner and Vice Chair of Digital Transformation. His extensive international experience spans the Americas, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, with a primary focus on government, private equity, and financial services. Known for his leadership in large-scale digital initiatives, Sethi is well-positioned to support HCLTech’s growth strategy, driving expansion and innovation across strategic segments.
