Anuprita Daga has transitioned from her role at Yes Bank and has now taken on the position of Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Angel One.
Angel One is the largest listed retail stock broking house in India, in terms of active clients on NSE. A technology-led financial services company, it provides broking and advisory services, margin funding and distribution of third-party financial products to its clients.
In her new capacity, Anuprita will enhance the information security, cyber security, and data privacy framework at Angel One. Her primary focus will be on advancing, implementing, and reinforcing robust security policies to protect sensitive customer information and confidential data throughout the organization.
Over her 25-year career, she has led security transformation initiatives, formulated and executed security strategies, overseen data privacy measures, and ensured adherence to regulatory and global standards within the banking and finance sector.
Possessing extensive leadership experience in data privacy, security, and risk quantification, Anuprita played a pivotal role as the Chief Information Security Officer at Yes Bank. She was instrumental in driving security practices across Digital Banking Channels and products, ensuring the provision of secure banking services. Additionally, she implemented comprehensive security practices across affiliated third-party outsourcing partners.
