Divan Raimagia has been appointed as the new Head of Cybersecurity at Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL), where he will oversee strategic cybersecurity initiatives aimed at safeguarding AGEL’s OT and IT systems from emerging threats, with a focus on protecting sensitive data assets.
Bringing over 16 years of extensive leadership experience across various sectors, Divan will lead AGEL’s cybersecurity department, implementing robust cybersecurity policies and integrating cyber resilience across all business operations.
Prior to joining AGEL, Divan held key roles at organizations such as RNSB Bank, IBM, Orange Business Service, HCL Tech, Wipro, and Wipro, where he demonstrated strong strategic acumen and leadership.
Expressing his enthusiasm for his new role, Divan emphasized, “I am delighted to join one of India’s leading renewable energy companies and reunite with the Adani group. Leveraging insights from my past roles, my goal is to enhance AGEL’s cybersecurity framework and ensure the security of its digital assets.”
As Head of Cybersecurity, Divan’s responsibilities include spearheading strategic cybersecurity projects to defend AGEL’s operational and information technology systems against evolving threats, alongside ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and safeguarding national infrastructure security within AGEL’s purview.
