Daimler Truck Innovation Center India (DTICI) has appointed Prakash Padariya as the Global Head – Cyber Security. In this role, he will lead cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise IT, manufacturing (IoT/OT), and vehicle security, ensuring robust protection for Daimler Truck’s global operations.
With a career spanning over 18 years in cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise security architecture, Prakash brings extensive expertise in governance, compliance, cloud security, and threat intelligence. Before joining DTICI, he held leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Deloitte, PwC, and Ernst & Young, where he played a pivotal role in cyber risk strategy and security transformation.
A Harvard-certified cybersecurity leader, Prakash is also a CISO Platform Top 100 CISO Awardee and holds certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, and AWS Security Specialist. He is known for his ability to build and implement global cybersecurity frameworks, manage enterprise risk, and drive digital resilience.
In his new role at DTICI, Prakash will focus on strengthening cybersecurity infrastructure, securing critical assets, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support Daimler Truck’s innovation-driven ecosystem.
