Vivekanand Education Society (VES) Trust and The Indian Navy Inks MoU to Empower Naval Civilians

Mumbai – The Indian Navy and Vivekanand Education Society (VES) Trust signed an MoU at VES Business School, Mumbai on 28 Jan 2025  to support Naval Civilians and their families. The MoU was signed by Cmde Saurabh Agrawal, Commodore (CP), and Mr Suresh Malkani, President of VES Trust, in esteemed presence of RAdm Aditya Hara, ACOP (AC), Officers from HQWNC and Naval Dockyard, Mumbai along with distinguished functionaries and faculty members of VES.

The initiative ensures reserved seats and fee concessions in VES institutions, along with structured certification programs for Naval Civilians to formally recognize their technical and managerial expertise. Additionally, the partnership will provide tailored courses and foster joint research in collaboration with VES.

This MoU strengthens ties between the Indian Navy and academia, promoting education, skill development, and technological advancement for national progress.
