D.K.Gupta Appointed as Company Secretary at Cable & Wireless Global India Pvt Ltd, a Vodafone Plc London Company.
Mr. D.K.Gupta is given additional charge to the position of Company Secretary, in addition to his current role as Vice President, Regulatory & Legal. Mr. Gupta, with an exemplary career spanning several years, has made remarkable contributions in the telecom and regulatory sectors. He has previously served as Joint Director at the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and as a senior official at the Competition Commission of India (CCI), where he played a significant role in shaping India’s regulatory landscape.
In his new role, Mr. Gupta will continue to bring his extensive expertise to further strengthen the company’s governance framework while overseeing legal and regulatory compliance. His deep knowledge of the telecom industry and regulatory affairs will be invaluable to Cable & Wireless Global India Pvt Ltd.
