Previously the Group CHRO at Udaan, Priyam played an instrumental role in developing the company’s HR framework, contributing significantly to its growth in the e-commerce B2B industry. Her background includes leadership roles across Axis Bank, Watson Wyatt, YES BANK, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, giving her a rich, cross-industry perspective that Mahindra values. At Johnson & Johnson and Novartis, she managed HR functions across Asia-Pacific and Europe, acquiring a global outlook that she will bring to Mahindra.
