Subhasis Ghosh has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund Ltd., bringing with him over 30 years of experience within the Kotak Mahindra Group and extensive expertise in the BFSI sector. Throughout his career, he has managed diverse portfolios, including retail assets, corporate finance, treasury, life insurance, marketing, and CSR. Notably, Ghosh was a founding member of Kotak Life, where he dedicated 23 years and last served as Joint President and Head of Financial Institutions, Employee Benefits, Marketing & Alliances.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ghosh has a deep personal interest in Mahabharat, mythology, Indic customs, and history. He is known for writing and delivering talks on these subjects, adding a distinctive dimension to his leadership.
