Anil Sharma, a certified SPHRi™ professional and alumnus of XLRI, has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SK Finance Ltd. In his new role, Anil will be responsible for shaping the company’s HR strategy, overseeing talent management, and driving organizational restructuring. With over 17 years of experience in the BFSI sector, he has held key HR leadership positions at L&T Finance, IndusInd Bank, Mahindra Finance, Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., and Infosys, showcasing his deep expertise in HR innovation and strategic leadership.
Anil’s appointment comes at a crucial time for SK Finance, as the company continues to expand in the financial services sector. His track record in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development is expected to enhance the company’s capabilities and align with its long-term goals.
