Infosys has announced an expansion of its four-year partnership with Old National Bank, the sixth-largest commercial bank based in the Midwest, aimed at driving the bank’s digital transformation.
The strengthened collaboration will enable Old National Bank to leverage Infosys’ comprehensive range of services, solutions, and platforms for operational transformation, with a focus on process digitisation powered by automation and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. Infosys shared the update in an exchange filing, emphasizing the strategic growth of their partnership.
Since 2020, Infosys has played a pivotal role in modernising Old National Bank’s digital landscape through a self-funding model that has enhanced operational stability, resilience, and the overall client experience. This ongoing transformation is expected to further accelerate the bank’s growth and ensure its long-term sustainability.
