In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Information Security at Axis Bank, Ghodekar led the cybersecurity initiatives for eight key subsidiaries, including Axis Securities, Axis Mutual Fund, Axis Capital, and Freecharge. His leadership was instrumental in fortifying the bank’s security posture across diverse business units, safeguarding critical operations and customer data.
Before his tenure at Axis Bank, Ghodekar served as the Global Group Head of Cyber Security at Cover-More Group, managing cybersecurity on a global scale. Additionally, as Senior Vice President and Group CISO at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., he ensured the protection of financial data and assets, playing a key role in developing the company’s cybersecurity strategies.
