The US company’s primary mission is to deliver personalized, high-quality care tailored to meet the unique needs of vulnerable patients and underserved communities in challenging clinical and behavioral health settings. As part of this strategic partnership, Sonata Software will assist the client in optimizing their IT budgets and achieving cost efficiencies through systemic improvements and advanced engineering solutions. The collaboration also involves modernizing the company’s technology landscape by leveraging enterprise data, artificial intelligence, and hyper-automation across both patient-facing systems and back-office operations.
