Mehjabeen Taj Aalam has been named the Chief Digital & Information Officer of Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. A seasoned technology executive, she leverages both established and emerging technologies to drive organizational growth, performance, and profitability.
Aalam brings extensive expertise in areas such as virtualization, the implementation and adoption of disruptive technologies—including AI, chatbots, biometrics, mobile apps, and cloud solutions—as well as change management, digital transformation strategy, business process reengineering, and automation.
She joined Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. in 2022, initially serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and CIO. Her previous roles include CIO of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, Technology Head (Digital) at Tata Capital, and Head of Information Technology at Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited. Aalam has also held positions at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. and Mahindra Group.
Aalam holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an MBA in Systems and Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
