Rajesh Nair has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Jindal Steel & Power, effective from July. With a career spanning over three decades in diverse industries including Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing, and Mining, Nair joins Jindal Steel & Power from his previous role at Polycab.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Nair expressed his enthusiasm about joining Jindal Steel & Power, a prominent entity in the Steel, Power, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, he spent 28 years at Tata Motors in various Business and HR roles, followed by a tenure as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Polycab. Nair is an alumnus of XLRI and began his career as a sales executive at Pertech Computers.
