Adobe has appointed Swati Rustagi as the Vice President of Employee Experience for India. In this role, she will lead the India EX team and report to Gloria Chen, Adobe’s Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Employee Experience.
Rustagi brings over two decades of leadership experience in career and talent development, organizational structure, and DEI initiatives across sectors such as consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce. Prior to joining Adobe, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm.
Her career includes significant leadership roles at major organizations: Director of Talent Strategy and Leadership at Amazon; Director and Chief People Officer at Max Health Care; Executive Vice President & Head of Global Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals; Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson; Vice President of Human Resources at Merrill Lynch; and key positions at Hindustan Unilever.
