Tech Mahindra announced a partnership with Atento, a company based in Spain, to offer AI-driven solutions and services to global enterprises.
Atento, a company from Latin America, specializes in customer relationship management (CRM) and business transformation outsourcing (BTO).
According to a statement from Tech Mahindra, the collaboration aims to deliver complete business transformation services using Generative AI technologies and offer customer experience (CX) consulting to clients in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
The partnership will extend a wide range of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions and services in over 50 languages.
