In a move to strengthen its position in Customer Support Automation, Kapture CX has promoted Himanshu Garg from Senior Vice President of Engineering to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Garg, who joined the company in May of this year, has a lot of experience and technical know-how that make him a great fit for this leadership role. With over 16 years of experience in travel, eCommerce, and SaaS, Garg previously served as CTO at Via.com, where he played a key role in Via.com’s acquisition by Ebix in 2017.
He was also part of the Google.com engineering team and the Google enterprise team. In his last venture, he was the Founder and CTO of Bizrise Technologies (bikry.com), which was part of the Y combinator Winter 2020 batch.
Sheshgiri Kamath, the CEO of Kapture CX, spoke about promoting Garg to the position of Chief Technology Officer, praising him as a master of project delivery. Kamath highlighted Garg’s outstanding leadership and technical skills over the course of his impressive career. Garg’s capability to handle the intricacies of software development, combined with his strategic outlook, makes him the perfect candidate to spearhead the company’s technology initiatives.
